Specially developed for dancing, the dancing shoe is both footwear and sports equipment in one, resulting in a design that is different from that of normal street shoes.
On the one hand, dance shoes have to meet the sporting requirements and restrict the freedom of movement as little as possible, but on the other hand, they also have to be perfectly fitting and adjustable. For this reason, materials are used which are particularly light and flexible as well as durable, breathable and sweat-resistant.
The main distinguishing features compared to the normal street shoe are the suede sole, the lightweight construction, the different foot widths and heel shapes as well as exchangeable heel patches.
