Delivery Information
Free Delivery for all of our Customers anywhere in the UK on orders over £15.00 (for orders over £400 an additional charge will be applied)
Your Shoes will be dispatched via Royal Mail Second Class Post. For orders under £15.00 an additional £2.50 cost will be added.
We also offer Royal Mail 1st Class delivery as an option at the checkout at a cost of £5.00 (for orders over £400 an additional charge will be applied)
PLEASE NOTE:Â 1st Class does not guarantee delivery the next day and all orders are subject to availability.
For International deliveries, there is a £15.00 charge per item for Europe and £45.00 charge per item for all other regions.
The correct charge will show in your own currency at the checkout.
Please Note: We reserve the right to post as multiple parcels on orders over 2 pairs.
If you place your order by 1:30pm we will attempt to release your order within 24 hours of receipt (excluding Weekends & Bank Holidays) when items are in stock and within 10 working days when not available. Any delays to your order over the 10 days will be notified to you by email or phone as long as a valid email address and number has been supplied.

We can also dispatch using UPS, Parcelforce, DHLÂ & Fedex
Returns Information
We will exchange or refund your order if returned to us within 14 days from date of dispatch. This is subject to the products being in an unused condition and complete with original packaging and labelling. Any manufacturing faults will be replaced or repaired after inspection by the manufacturer.
All returned orders must be sent postage paid with recorded post as we cannot be held liable for any lost items. Please include your dispatch invoice as well as clear instructions on the reason for return so your query can be dealt with speedily.
All Tights, Underwear, Makeup, Masks, and Gift Vouchers will not be replaced or refunded. This does not affect your statutory rights.
